Wall Street Sector Selector Bond Master
Tired of fighting the stock market?
Now, with Wall Street Sector Selector’s Bond Master Portfolio, you can leave the wild swings, stress and a decade of no stock market gains behind you, once and for all.
Dear Investor:
If you are like many of our fellow investors, perhaps you are tired and burned out from fighting the stock market.
Fortunately, there is a way to escape the volatility, sleepless nights, and zero growth returns of today’s stock market. Now, instead of fighting the market, you can combine Exchange Traded Funds that focus on U.S. Treasury Bonds (Treasury Bond ETFs) with an actively managed trading program designed to seek steady capital growth and dividend payments in all market environments.
Hi, I’m John Nyaradi, Publisher of Wall Street Sector Selector, an online financial media site specializing in Exchange Traded Funds and Publisher of the Wall Street Sector Selector Bond Master.
I’ve been an active investor and trader for more than 30 years and my investing articles have appeared on financial news sites like Dow Jones Market Watch, Yahoo Finance!, Business Insider, Seeking Alpha, The Money Show and many others.
I’ve also appeared as a guest on The Business Talk Radio Network, Yahoo Finance’s “Breakout” show, and The Index Investing Radio Show, and I am the author of Super Sectors: How to Outsmart the Market Using Sector Rotation and ETFs, a complete guide to ETF trading and what sectors and ETFs might be “super sectors” that could offer market beating opportunities in the months and years ahead.
If you are like me, the bear market and incredible volatility since the onset of “The Great Recession” has just about worn me out.
Added to recent problems, the S&P 500 has gone nowhere since the tech wreck in 2000 and so it seems we’re locked in a long term secular bear market that could have many more years to run.
What makes this even more of a problem is that many of us are nearing or in retirement and we need to secure our financial security in the most difficult investing environment that anyone has ever seen since the Great Depression.
On top of stock market losses and volatility, “baby boomers” nearing retirement, or investors already in retirement, are also faced with the crash of the housing market and years of a “zero interest rate” environment that has decimated most traditional plans and methods of generating income in retirement.
Beyond that, the worst is yet to come as the baby boomers retire in droves, crippling the Social Security and Medicare systems and generating a potential glut of excess housing as we try to downsize and extract equity for retirement.
And last but not least, the bear market in stocks is likely to continue for decades as baby boomers extract money from their IRAs and 401ks to live on and pay for the ever escalating cost of health care and extended lifespans (the good news is that we’ll live a long time. The bad news is that it’s going to take a lot of money to keep from running out of money before you die).
So, what’s the solution?
Worn out, tired investors: Meet Wall Street Sector Selector Bond Master!
Wall Street Sector Selector Bond Master is a comprehensive and professional trading program that focuses exclusively on Exchange Traded Funds that track major U.S. Treasury Bond Indexes.
The program is designed to trade ETFs that are “long” the bond market when interest rates are falling and “short” the bond market when interest rates are rising.
And it’s simple to use; just a few minutes every Sunday night could lead you to steady profits and dividend growth in today’s confusing and scary investing environment.
Everyone knows that bonds can reduce volatility in a portfolio, and standard asset allocation principles say that the percentage of bonds in your portfolio should rise as you get older to reduce portfolio risk.
These theories are all well and good, however, they do come with certain problems:
- Currently bonds offer extremely low interest rates, so overall rates of return and income are low.
- If you buy a bond when interest rates are low and then rates start to rise, the value of your bond will decline until it reaches maturity.
- If you need to sell your bond early due to health problems or income requirements, you could take a substantial loss of principal if interest rates have risen from the time you purchased your bond.
But there is a way to generate capital appreciation along with income by actively trading ETFs that focus on the U.S. Treasury Market and that’s why I developed Wall Street Sector Selector Bond Master.
Here’s How Wall Street Sector Selector Bond Master Works:
Sector Selector Bond Master focuses exclusively on Exchange Traded Funds that track the U.S. Treasury Market and actively trades these ETFs by using a simple trend following methodology.
Primary ETFs in the portfolio will be:
- iShares Barclays 20+ Year Treasury Bond Fund ETF (NYSEARCA:TLT), this ETF tracks 20+ year long US Treasury Bonds
- ProShares Short 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (NYSEARCA:TBF), this ETF tracks 20+ year short US Treasury Bonds
- iShares Barclays 7-10 Year Treasury Bond Fund ETF (NYSEARCA:IEF), this ETF tracks 10+ year long US Treasury Bonds
-
ProShares Short 7-10 Year Treasury Bond Fund ETF (NYSEARCA:TBX), this ETF tracks 10+ year short US Treasury Bonds
The system will hold one position in one of the above ETFs depending upon market conditions:
- If bond prices are rising and interest rates are falling, we will aim to be “long” the US Treasury Market and hold positions in 10 year long or 20 year long bond ETFs.
- If bond prices are falling and interest rates are rising, we will shoot for profits by holding 10 year short or 20 year short Bond ETFs.
This methodology will allow us to seek profits in both rising and falling interest rate environments.
**All of these exchange traded funds also pay dividends and so we will also very likely make comfortable dividend income along the way!!**
Here’s what you can expect from Wall Street Sector Selector Bond Master:
- A stable trading program with very few trades per year. The bond market tends to move in one direction in a mostly stable fashion for years, even decades at a time, and so this system doesn’t trade very often and generally experiences low volatility (now, of course, markets can enter periods of intense volatility and the bond market can be subject to these periods, too, but generally, over time, this market moves in a smooth fashion when compared to stocks or other asset classes).
- An actively managed program designed to take advantage of all market conditions. With a traditional bond portfolio, you are very much at the whim of interest rates and their level and direction and this could work for or against you, depending upon market conditions.
With Wall Street Sector Selector Bond Master, interest rate moves are neither friend nor foe because we can position ourselves for gain in either market environment.
Why I designed Wall Street Sector Selector Bond Master:
Many retail investors have the fled the stock market in droves, leaving it to big hedge funds, institutions and high frequency traders, which adds to the potential danger and volatility.
In combination with these conditions, traditional bond investing or Certificates of Deposit generate almost no current income, and so the typical person trying to live off his accumulated assets is in a difficult position, indeed.
Wall Street Sector Selector Bond Master is designed to solve both of these problems and I plan to actively manage a substantial portion of my retirement assets with great success using this program.
That’s because the program can generate steady capital growth and dividend payments which is a great combination for current income. One can extract just the dividend payments or one can also extract aportion of the gains for current needs while the principal balance can continue to grow.
I have been trading this program with real money since April 18, 2011, and have realized gains of +28.3% through November 11, 2011, not including dividends, trading costs or taxes. I have also back-tested the system for several years and found that it consistently can produce double digit returns. Now I don’t like back-testing because there’s no substitute for real time results, however, I’m comfortable that I can expect the same kind of consistent returns going forward.
Of course there can be no guarantee of future gains, however, what I’ve seen of this program so far tells me that it’s going to be an integral part of my retirement security plan.
