Jeffrey A. Hirsch: George Lindsay was a brilliant technical analyst who discovered the Three Peaks and a Domed House (3PDH) pattern. The market is tracking this pattern about 60% of the time and most market tops end with 3PDH. Last year the 3PDH we had been tracking since September 2009 completed at the October 4 intraday low of DJIA 10404.
